Replacement and Return Policy

Return Conditions:

  • Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and the original invoice.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been damaged, modified, installed, or programmed.

Replacement Conditions:

  • Products can be replaced within 7 days from the date of purchase if a manufacturer defect is confirmed by the company.
  • The product must be returned with all its accessories and in its original packaging.

Warranty and Maintenance:

  • All surveillance cameras come with a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does notcover damages resulting from misuse or external factors.
  • Products covered under warranty will be repaired free of charge, while customers will bear repair costs for out-of-warranty products.

Exclusions from Return and Replacement:

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.
  • Products that have been modified or had components tampered with.
  • Pre-installed software and systems, unless a technical defect prevents the device from functioning.

Replacement and Return Procedures:

  • Customers must provide the original purchase invoice.
  • Products will be inspected by specialized technicians before approval for return or replacement.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as a store credit, according to company policy.
